We offer various options for assisting companies to meet their regulatory reporting requirements under the new XBRL regime, which came into place on 1 July 2018. We are listed on the CIPC’s Panel of Recommended Software Service Providers for the Provisioning of XBRL Client-Side Solutions.
The Amana XBRL Tagger and Amana SmartNotes solutions that we provide are universally applicable regardless of taxonomy, enabling multi-jurisdictional filings to any regulator that has implemented iXBRL. Our solutions are applicable across all jurisdictions and regulatory authorities worldwide from the EU ESEF and UK HMRC Business Registrar to SEC Edgar Filing and Mauritius Corporate and Business Registration Department to name a few. The Amana XBRL Engine is Certified by XBRL International.

By automating the reporting of the Right of Use Assets, Lease Liabilities, Interest Calculations, and reporting of lease contracts, teams can better manage large lease portfolios in compliance with the new IFRS 16 Lease Reporting standard, which came into effect on 1 January 2019.
