Lofty Brainchild exhibited at the Accounting & Finance Show 2019 on 6-7 May 2019. Based in the Start-Up Pavilion, Lofty was able to introduce its XBRL and Disclosure Management solution to attendees and fellow exhibitors. With the CIPC having mandated all qualifying companies to file their annual returns in XBRL format from 1 July 2018, the Lofty stand generated much interest from attendees. The Lofty team provided an overview of what the regulation meant to different companies and also talked through the Lofty solution and how it would help affected companies to be compliant.
